Refund and reprint policy
If your finished portrait doesn't match what you saw in the preview at checkout, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll reprint or refund in full — no forms, no waiting, no questions asked.
Because every portrait is custom-made to your photo, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if quality is the issue, we'll fix it.
Shipping policy
All orders ship from our print partner within 1–2 business days of your portrait completing quality review. US domestic orders take 5–7 business days after shipping. International shipping times vary by destination.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Order changes
Need to change your photo, art style, or delivery address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate. After 12 hours, your order may already be in production.
Memorial orders
Memorial orders are non-refundable except for quality issues, in which case our standard reprint or refund policy applies. We handle every memorial order with extra care and will always contact you if there's an issue before printing.
